The Post Office joins the broadband market

October 29th, 2007

The Post Office is set to join the UK broadband market by launching its very own broadband service.

The Post Office will offer standard 8Mpbs broadband starting at £15.95 a month, going up to £25.95 a month for their phone and broadband extra bundle which gives the user unlimited downloads, amongst other features.

Perhaps seeking to target the older surfer who is already familiar with other Post Office services and finds themselves navigating the unchartered waters of broadband for the first time, the most attractive benefit of signing up to the internet here is that you can subscribe and pay for the package in person directly at any Post Office branch in the country.
